Our instructor is Greg Douglass, a veteran professional musician and guitar instructor who can teach electric guitar and acoustic guitar to beginning, intermediate and advanced players. His credentials and resume are beyond exceptional.
Lessons with Greg are $50 per hour (55 minute sessions). For lessons with Greg, we ask that you fill out the student request form below.
Payment by the lesson or lesson-pack is required in advance. Time slots must be booked in advance either in-person at the store or via this website (confirmation required). In-store lessons are available from 10AM to 5PM Tuesday through Saturday (subject to change).
PIANO/KEYBOARD
We refer piano/keyboard students to Lynne Kuhn, M.A for piano and electronic keyboard instruction. Lynne provides beginner through advanced lesson programs via a classical foundation. She was a long time instructor at the Southwest Oregon Community College music program.
Lessons with Lynne are $60 per hour or $30 per half-hour. The majority of piano and keyboard lessons will take place at Lynne’s studio near Mingus Park. For lessons with Lynne, we ask that you fill out the student request form below.
If you choose to take piano or keyboard lessons at her studio, you will make payment arrangements directly with her. Music store based piano/keyboard lessons are not available at this time.
VOCALS/CHOIR
We refer students interested in voice and choir lessons to Sharon Humbert. Sharon has been a musician her entire life. In high school and college she was the accompanist for various choirs, voice students, and a men’s quartet who traveled the world. She was a pianist at Nordstrom department store in Seattle, WA for 5 years. Sharon as been a music teacher at K-12 school for many years. She taught choirs, classroom music, handbells, drama, musicals, piano, and voice and was in charge of many concerts. She’s been the director of music ministries at many churches and directed a 40-member community men’s chorus. Sharon provides music for weddings, parties, receptions, funerals, and many other events. She has a huge passion for music!
